We offer shipping services across various cities in Pakistan. The availability of delivery depends on the location, and certain areas may not be serviced. Please check at the time of order placement if delivery is possible to your location.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3. Shipping Timeframe
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Local Deliveries (Within Lahore): 1-3 business days
  • Other Cities: 3-7 business days
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products, such as liquids or perishable goods, may have specific shipping restrictions based on regulations or courier guidelines. We will notify you at the time of purchase if your order is subject to any restrictions.

6. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will send a confirmation email or message with your order details. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In case of delays beyond the estimated delivery time, we will inform you about the status of your shipment. If your order is not delivered due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
Pansar & Pansari is not responsible for any damage caused during transit. However, if you receive a product that appears damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order, and we will assist you. We are not liable for lost packages once they are shipped, but we will do our best to help you track them through the courier service.
